Happy Thursday! It feels a little weird posting an outfit on Thursday, but Tuesday was a rest day after getting back from LA late Monday night. While I didn’t capture every look, I did snap a few of my favorite outfits. This outfit was easily one of my favorites from the LA trip because I got to wear two of my most loved prints: stripes and floral.

I absolutely love this top from Zara! It was featured in the Zara Sale Try-On Haul, but I hadn’t worn it until I went to California. It was extremely comfortable to wear, and I felt like the full outfit truly represented my personal style. Depending on where you live, it’s not totally out of left field to wear long sleeves in the summer. California weather is pretty tame compared to Texas, so I wasn’t too worried about feeling overheated. To balance out the long-sleeved blouse, I showed a little skin with denim shorts and a summer heel.

If you’re looking for a super comfortable heeled sandal, I recommend trying out Sam Edelman. While I love Steve Madden shoes for the trendy yet affordable styles, Sam Edelman is a great brand for comfort. I actually loved the sandal so much that I bought the same pair in a different color!
