Hi, I'm Chelsey

Happy Friday once again! This is the final week of this once a week posting schedule, so thank you so much for your patience. I’m currently on vacation, spending time with my family and loving every moment. I’ve been pretty disconnected from my phone for the most part, which is a nice change of pace. With only two free days left, I’m getting back into the swing of things.

In the meantime, I spotted a gorgeous Marc by Marc Jacobs watch while shopping with my parents. If you aren’t already familiar, the watch I currently have is gold with a white face. The newest one I have my eye on has a steel gray face against rose gold. The one cautionary keeping me from getting it is determining whether or not it’s a useful purchase. Sure, it looks beautiful and makes for a great piece of arm candy, but do we even use watches for their purpose anymore? Whenever I need to check the time, I reach for my phone out of instinct. What do you think? Is a watch worth purchasing, or are they just a pricy bracelet?
