It’s hard to believe December is almost halfway over already. The most wonderful time of the year flies by so quickly, there’s barely time to enjoy the holiday season without neglecting to buy Christmas presents for your loved ones. We’ve all been there: it’s the last weekend before Christmas, you have no idea what gift to get the person who doesn’t ask for anything specific, and the malls are so crowded you can barely walk. This Christmas, avoid the procrastination and plan ahead by picking out a few good stocking stuffers…those are often the best gifts, right? For this week’s IFB project, I’ve compiled a list of gifts that will make excellent stocking stuffers for girls of all ages; moms, daughters, sisters, and friends will all appreciate these trinkets.

1. For the Coffee Drinkers

Who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee? Allow your loved one to take an occasional break away from Starbucks by giving them motive in the form of a mug. Coffee mugs are always handy to have around the house, as you can never have too many. A personalized mug adds a sentimental touch to the gift. The one pictured above is the classic initial mug from Anthropologie, but they’ve also released a gold monogram mug for the holiday season.

2. For the Clothing Lovers

Clothes can be a bit tricky for presents if you don’t truly know a person’s style. The one loophole? Graphic tees. Who doesn’t love a cozy graphic tee to lounge around the house in or wear while running errands. A cozy, oversized sweater is another article of clothing that will work well for a stocking stuffer. Tis the season to wear comfy sweaters!

3. For the Jewelry Collectors

Sometimes, the tiniest boxes contain the best gifts. Jewelry completes an outfit by adding that finishing touch to the look. A statement necklace can transform a simple tee into a chic top. The picture above contains a beautiful pearl necklace from my boutique that can be worn three different ways, including being taken apart for a coordinating bracelet. 4. For the Makeup Gurus

Ahh, makeup. There’s a lot of hype around makeup items this year, so it’s the perfect time to pocket one of the most buzzed-about products and surprise your family and friends. Makeup sets cover beauty storefronts right now, but that doesn’t mean you have to limit yourself to a full package. Even a single lipstick or eyeshadow palette will make a great gift. My sister doesn’t wear a ton of makeup, so rather than a complete set, I purchased a palette for her that will cover her daily needs.

5. For the Scent-Driven

What girl doesn’t want something that smells good? Candles and perfume are instant winners when it comes to stocking stuffers. Bath and Body Works currently has there 2 for $22 3-wick candle sale going on, but that’s not the only place you can find scented candles. Some candles are so decorative they can double as everyday decor after the wick has burned its last flame.
