Gone Girl Movie Night

What is it about an upcoming vacation that creates an endless amount of things to do before the fun starts? I generally like to post three times a week, but this week I’ll only have one post up because I have a lot to organize and my to-do list seems endless. So that’s enough about being busy, let’s talk about how I spent Saturday night with friends.

One of my good friends is turning 21 on Monday, so we had a pre-celebration by going out to dinner and a movie. We went to see Gone Girl, which I was very excited to finally watch. I was the only one in the group who had read the book, so it was cool to see the reactions of everyone else that pretty much went in blind. I’ll keep this post spoiler free since I have a few friends who are still finishing the book and haven’t seen the movie yet, so I’ll just say that you should watch it. As for my outfit, I chose to wear this blush top after doing my makeup in a neutral pink theme. The blouse is from H&M, and my only complaint is that it feels too delicate. I like the sheerness of it, but I wish the material was a bit stronger.
