Happy Friday! We have practically reached the end of yet another month. This was a busy one for me, and I’m very much looking forward to May! Not only is it one step closer to summer (aka less unpredictable storms), but I’m taking a little mini vacation with my parents! Isn’t it weird how it was seen as “uncool” to hang out with your parents growing up? As someone in their late twenties living in a different city, I absolutely love the time I get to spend with my family. I also *think* Master of None and House of Cards are both coming back in May, but I need to double check. In the meantime, let’s get through these last few days of April.

Today’s outfit matches my usual Friday mood. It’s hard to be in a bad mood when you know there’s a weekend waiting just a few hours away. I wear this t-shirt so often that I was surprised it hasn’t made its way to the blog until now. Aside from sending out good vibes, what I like about this tee is the cotton blend. Shirts can usually take a while to fall into the relaxed fit, but this tee already had the coveted worn-in texture when I bought it. I paired the top with the same denim cutoffs mentioned in yesterday’s favorites video. While you could add some color with a flannel top, I liked the simple finish of this look without any additional layers.
