What I’m Wearing: Forever 21 tee | Urban Outfitters shorts | Converse shoes | Louis Vuitton backpack | Quay Australia sunglasses
Happy Friday! Earlier this week, I talked about how I’m a jeans and tee girl to my core. Today’s outfit has a spring spin on the classic combination. If you haven’t noticed, graphic tees are making their way into stores. If you aren’t into the branded logo tee, maybe this graphic sleeve option is your cup of tea. What I like about the t-shirt is that the front is plain so there’s freedom in adding statement accessories to the front without clashing against the graphic.
Because this outfit is more of an “on the go” look, I stuck with my usual accessories and left the neck bare so the sleeves remain the focal point. The top was a great find from Forever 21. Their tees tend to run on the sheer side, but this one feels like a better quality because of its thicker cotton blend. My denim cutoffs are an old purchase from Urban Outfitters. Dark wash is my go-to for jeans, but I love sticking with the medium wash for shorts. The lighter rinse fits the spring and summer months much better, plus it can be paired with a variety of tops and achieve a casual look. My only wish with Urban Outfitters shorts is that they’d make them a little longer in the back. With cutoff shorts, it can feel like everything is out on display so adding a bit more fabric and length would make these shorts perfect.
