We’ve all had those days where you plan on wearing one thing, but the weather causes an unexpected wardrobe change. This happened to me over the weekend while in Vegas, which resulted in all of my outfits being paired with my old Steve Madden boots. With all the walking up and down the strip (we walked 8 miles each day!), wearing these instead of my planned flats and heels for each day actually worked in my favor.

The weather in Vegas was pretty chilly, veering on the side of cold in the mornings. I knew that we were going to be out from sun up to sun down, so I wore a lightweight sweater from Target. For the cold morning walks, I brought along the BlankNYC leather jacket that was a fall purchase last year. As for the jeans, they are my current favorite pair from BDG.
