Happy Holidays! We are finally in the most wonderful time of the year, and I couldn’t be happier. But first, let’s talk Halloween. My friends and I hung out on Halloween night, but we didn’t dress up. Instead, I wore my costume to work. People at my job can get really into Halloween, which made me decide to dress up at the last minute. I went to the mall on Halloween Eve with the intent of finding an easy DIY costume like a scarecrow, Minnie Mouse, or Where’s Waldo. When I walked into Forever 21, it looked like a 90s revamp: plaid everywhere. The clothing at Forever 21 was perfect for a 90s style costume, so I ended up being Dionne Davenport from Clueless. She didn’t wear tights under her knee socks, but I added them to keep the look more appropriate for work. The best part about this costume is that I would absolutely wear these pieces on a regular day, separately of course.
