Happy Monday! Today’s outfit post is focused on activewear. If you follow me on Snapchat, you may have grown used to my gym snaps each day. Although I haven’t been as active on Snap, I’m already approaching my 10th week of working out 5x each week. With this renewed love of using exercise as a stress reliever, I’m starting to build a collection of go-to workout clothes. If you’re in need of a good pair of workout shoes, I recommend the Nike Juvenate style. I own around 4 pairs of gym shoes but these are the ones I wear 100% of the time. They’re lightweight and flexible like the Free Run style, but I prefer these because they’re slightly more comfortable.
The rest of the outfit is from Victoria’s Secret. I’ll still shop at more affordable places for activewear tops and sports bras, but I have found you truly get what you pay for when it comes to the bottoms. Ivy Park, Lululemon, and Victoria’s Secret all make some of my favorite activewear bottoms. I like this particular pair because the writing down the side adds flair to my usual all black getup. The sweatshirt sold me because of the red patch on the sleeve. It isn’t totally necessary to buy activewear tops from the brand, but this sweatshirt can also double as a lazy day streetwear piece.
