Haul time! Why is it when you go out with intentions of not purchasing anything, you find something worth buying? I went to the mall over the Labor Day weekend to get some inspiration, and walked into a beautiful display of statement jewelry. Aldo had a bundle deal of getting 20% off a 3 item accessory purchase and I couldn’t resist. The cashier was kind enough to include my fourth item in the deal as well. I haven’t yet worn the two statement necklaces, but I’ve already gotten plenty of use out the the long beaded necklace. I didn’t realize when I purchased it, but it’s actually two separate necklaces. Double necklaces are usually connected at the clasp, so I love that I have the option of wearing one or the other if I wanted to mix up my look. To the right of the beaded necklace is the one that initially caught my eye. It was so bold and loud that I was drawn to it instantly. The colors are much richer in person, and I plan to keep it simple with my wardrobe when I style this one. Next to that piece is the shorter statement necklace. It isn’t my usually style, so I’m honestly surprised I loved it so much. The beading details are beautiful and I’ll be styling this with my Topshop blouse for work. Lastly, I purchased a stack of bangles because I liked the mix of metals with the black thrown in as well. I’ve been drawn to both silver and gold jewelry lately, so this was a good bang for my buck. All of it was, really, as I only spent around $85 for the full bundle. Details and links to purchase are down below!
From left to right:
- The Portelli double necklace
- The Enberg necklace (currently on sale!)
- The Harmonie statement piece
- The Gleliwien bracelet set
Which one is your favorite? I’m particularly fond of the Portelli double necklace because it hangs lower than any necklace I have, which is hard to find.
