What I’m Wearing: Urban Outfitters dress (similar) | Steve Madden shoes | H&M jacket (similar)
My schedule has been so insanely packed lately. I was telling a coworker that every time I think about how busy I am, life only gets busier and I’m nostalgic for the time when I thought my life was busy but in hindsight, it wasn’t so bad. Does anyone else feel like that? While I enjoy how busy I am right now because I know I’m making the most of my time, I find myself working around the clock and not truly taking a day off. We all know how important self-care is (I even blogged about it), so I’m going to make more of an effort this month to plan days off again. Anyway, today isn’t about busy schedules and self-care, it’s about spring!
Older readers of the site may recognize this dress, as it was featured last spring here on the blog. I decided to keep it after clearing out my closet because it was one of my go-to dresses last spring and I expect the same will happen this year. As it turns out, I ended up finding the perfect spring dress in my own closet. This time around, I styled it with a pair of heeled sandals from Steve Madden that I’ve owned for a few months now but haven’t worn very often. The color is neutral enough to style with any spring or summer look, so I want to challenge myself to pick these over flats this season.
What’s your favorite dress style for spring?
