To close out the fall shopping series, I decided to end it with another seasonal must-have: outerwear. Jackets can really spice up an outfit if you find the right one. It doesn’t have to be just a thing to keep you warm, make your outerwear part of your look. Here are the different types of jackets to have this fall season:

You need denim in your life. It’s the perfect transition jacket because of the lightweight flexibility. The benefit of denim is that it can be paired with nearly everything, and is an excellent daytime jacket. If a solid denim jacket is too plain for your fashion sense, make a statement by picking a style with a bold print on the back.

So many times at the office I’ve seen coworkers dressed in business attire and to keep warm, they throw a hoodie over their clothes. Every time I see that, the inner stylist in me screams.
