As you’re reading this, I’m (hopefully) landing from an early morning Friday flight. I mentioned on Wednesday that today’s post would be lengthy, but I decided to save that one for Monday. Instead, I’m sharing one of my recent shoe purchases because I’m becoming a big fan of this trend. I went on a bit of a shoe binge for Spring. While most of them are strappy sandals, I also delved into the minimal trend.

Forever 21 is currently killing it with the affordable trends. They’ve always been hit or miss, and right now they are a straight hit thanks to the contemporary collection. Mules are popping up everywhere lately, and with good reason. The cropped front mixed with a single sole heel makes this shoe the perfect option for a classic sandal with a trendy twist. I liked the nude pair so much, I also purchased them in black.

Unfortunately, this particular selection is sold out on Forever 21’s website, but you just may find them in stores!
