Last week’s outfit post was a bit of a style review, but today’s is more of an accidental look. I’ve been fairly active on IG Stories the past few days, so those of you who follow along may recognize this outfit from this past weekend. Friday night, I went to the TDE tour and ended up driving to my hometown afterward. Naturally, I forgot to bring sandals with me when I packed so I was left wearing the shoes I wore to the concert: Converse.
I normally would have paired this blouse with a pair of sandals instead, but not having any other options is how I ended up in Converse. Surprisingly, I like how the outfit looks together. The sneakers make the top look a little more casual than it actually is, which is perfect for a day of traveling back into town. For me, Converse aren’t comfortable enough to wear for several hours. After wearing them to the concert the night before and then most of the day while heading back home, my feet were done. Does anyone else have that problem? Whenever I wear Converse I always remember why I don’t wear them that often even though I love how they look.
